Bottles transfer to the single-head crimping station handling dropper assemblies, screw caps, and crimp neck closures with automatic cap sorting and torque control.
The wrap-around labeling station applies front, back, and full-wrap labels with precise positioning on amber and cobalt blue glass bottles. The line concludes with an automated cartoning section that groups finished bottles and loads them into boxes, eliminating the most labor-intensive manual step.
